Happy New Year from Eleven Hundred Springs!  The band would like to thank their friends, family, and fans for a great 2007!

After 9 years, 6 albums, & over a million miles traveled, the little country band from the Big D has racked up critical acclaim from fans, radio, & media across the Lone Star State & around the globe.

Led by singer / lead guitarist Matt Hillyer & his best friend & band mate since high school, bassist Steve Berg, the band is now embarking on their 10 Year Anniversary and their sophomore release for Tennessee based Fontana / Universal distributed indie, Palo Duro Records.

The new album, Eleven Hundred Springs' Country Jam, is rife with expectations for the group, having put out their last studio effort over 4 years ago, the band enlisted Grammy winner Lloyd Maines to recreate that same magic that won grammy gold in 2003 for another country band from Dallas, the Dixie Chicks.

With 12 new songs, 9 written by Matt Hillyer, the record highlights Hillyer's unique, soulful vocals and his innate lyrical ability to craft the perfect country & western song.  A variable mixture (ie: jam) of song styles, the album showcases the band's country influences and their depth at rockin' it with a genuine outlaw edge.  With an all star lineup rounding out the band, including Berg, platinum rocker Mark Reznicek on drums, 3rd generation fiddler Jordan Hendrix, and with the high & lonesome sounds of Danny Crelin on pedal steel, the band is making the best music of Eleven Hundred Springs' 10 year career.
